Songs
One chord chart per song, written once, playable in every key — no separate PDF per key, no re-typing a chart because someone wants it a tone down.
Universal catalog vs. your group's songs
OurSongSet has a universal catalog of commonly-used songs that every group can see and use — think the songs most worship bands already know. Your group can also add its own songs, which only your group sees. Both show up together on the Songs page.

Search by title, artist, or lyric
Can't remember a song's title but remember how it opens? Search for the lyric — "worthy of every song" will find Build My Life even if you don't type the title.

The chart
Every song has one chord chart, written in a single key. Open any song and pick a key from the row of buttons — the whole chart transposes instantly, chords and all. The guitarist wants capo 2, the keys player wants it a tone up — nobody needs a second copy.

To write a chart, paste a traditional chord-over-lyric sheet into the chart editor and it converts automatically into the inline format OurSongSet uses for transposition. You can also write it directly if you prefer.
Default key for your group
If your group always plays a song in a particular key — regardless of what key the chart was originally written in — set a default key on the song page. From then on, whenever that song is added to one of your group's setlists, it starts in your default key instead of the chart's native key. Admins can change it any time; everyone else can see what it's set to.
Reporting a problem with a chart
Found a wrong chord or a typo on a universal catalog song? Use the Report issue button on the song page. It goes straight to the team maintaining the catalog.
